Renting in Tenerife

We rent apartments and houses in Tenerife, mainly in the south of the island, in two forms: short stay, designed for three to six months, and long stay for those settling on the island. All our seasonal homes come furnished and equipped, with a kitchen and appliances ready to use from day one.

Short or long stay: what changes

The difference isn't only how long you stay. Short-stay lets come furnished and with utilities arranged, and are the usual choice for European visitors, for couples trying out the island and for professionals working remotely for a season. Long-stay lets fall under Spanish tenancy law and are intended as a main residence.
